EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At TREEMAN, we stand firm on our foundation of authenticity and quality. We want you to be absolutely confident and grounded in your gear. If, for any reason, a product doesn't meet your expectations for your next adventure, we've made the process simple.
THE RETURN PATH
If you purchased a TREEMAN product from TREEMAN.com within the last 30 days and are not satisfied, you may return it.
The Resilience Standard (Conditions for Return):
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ensure that items are received in their original, authentic, and resalable condition. This means:

Unused and Untested. The product must be in the same condition as when it began its journey to you.

Original Contents. All original packaging, tags, components, and accessories must be included.
Non-Compliant Returns:
We respect your spirit of exploration, but we also expect a durable return process. If we receive an item that does not meet these criteria, we will decline the return. By submitting a non-compliant return, you authorize us to use your original payment method to charge you for the full amount of the non-compliant item, or to reverse any refund that may have been previously issued.
All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your items.
PROCESSING & CONFIDENCE
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the credit to fully reflect on your account.
For U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.):
To ensure its safe return and guarantee your confidence, your product will need to be packaged and shipped via a carrier that provides both insurance and tracking capabilities.

We want you to have the gear that fuels your spirit of adventure. You can easily exchange items purchased on our website.

Preparation: Please have your original order number and the exact name of the replacement item you wish to order ready.

The Swap: Exchange items must be of equal price. To facilitate the return of the original item, we will supply you with a prepaid return shipping label. Your replacement item will be sent out upon receipt and inspection of your returned item.
